고객이 AI 모델을 제품에 적용하도록 돕는 Applied AI Engineer, Full-Stack 역할입니다. 고객 프로젝트에서 프론트엔드와 백엔드를 아우르는 애플리케이션을 설계·개발하고 프로덕션 통합을 지원합니다.

What you'll do

  • 연구·제품·엔지니어링 팀 및 고객과 협업해 AI 모델을 고객 소프트웨어에 연결합니다.
  • 확장 가능하고 안정적인 풀스택 애플리케이션을 설계·개발·유지합니다.
  • 고객의 복잡한 사용 사례를 구현하고 피드백을 제품과 모델 개선에 반영합니다.

Qualifications

  • 한국어와 영어로 협업할 수 있는 분
  • 컴퓨터공학·소프트웨어공학 또는 관련 학위와 기술 실무 경력 2년 이상
  • Python·TypeScript, React·Next.js·Vue.js 중 하나 이상의 프론트엔드, Node.js 등 백엔드 개발 경험
  • 기술 개념을 기술·비기술 이해관계자에게 명확하게 설명하는 역량

    Yes. These are roles companies have asked Harper to help with, and Harper is in direct contact with them.

    Am I applying directly here?

    No. Harper uses information the company has shared privately to assess how well the role fits you. If it looks like a good fit, Harper may recommend you to the company first or ask whether you'd like to move forward with the role first. If you accept, Harper helps make the connection right away. For now, tell Harper which role interests you. Harper will review it first and prepare what it needs to introduce you well.

    How is this different from applying directly to the company?

    You're more likely to reach a meeting, and Harper helps you through the process.

    Will my information be shared with the company?

    You can choose between two approaches. With Exceptional only, Harper shows you a strong opportunity first and shares your profile with the company only after you accept and allow profile sharing. With Open to matches, Harper may introduce your profile to a company first when there's a strong fit. This can lead to more opportunities, and you can review the company's proposal before deciding whether to move forward.

    What if I'm not looking to move right now?

    That's fine. Tell Harper you're not planning a move right now. You can look at a proposal you like and decide then.

    What happens after I accept a role?

    Harper prepares your profile and relevant experience for an introduction to the company and helps make the connection. Your profile is shared according to your settings and consent, and Harper keeps you updated by email.
